How do you get to the right ticket faster and more easily?

In interdisciplinary and co-creative design sprints together with MVG's internal departments, we developed the user flow based on personas and user stories. Prototypes for the ticket app are tested, iterated and tested again – to ensure that the offer of individual ticket options are prepared in a way that passengers actually need.

The previously used standard ticket component of the public transport system did not allow customer-oriented adaptation. Therefore, the MVG Ticket app was developed as an individual user-centric standalone app. The newly created ticket configurator has already been integrated into other apps as a functional component – including the digital subscription ticket developed in the second sprint phase in 2021. With the design library of UI components, rapid iterations and further expansion stages can be easily implemented.
